BBC Admits Syria Chemical Attack Documentary Had "Serious Flaws"

The BBC’s Executive Complaints Unit (ECU) has admitted there were “serious flaws” in a Radio 4 documentary by journalist Chloe Hadjimatheou on the alleged 2018 chemical attack in the Syrian city of Douma.

On 2 September, the UK national broadcaster issued a statement which read:

“The ECU found that, although they were limited to one aspect of an investigation into a complex and hotly contested subject, these points represented a failure to meet the standard of accuracy appropriate to a program of this kind.”

The ECU statement came in response to an official complaint by Mail on Sunday columnist Peter Hitchens following last November’s broadcast of “Mayday: The Canister On The Bed.”

Tik Tok Recommends Sex, Drug And Alcohol-Themed Content To Minors Aged 13 To 15, WSJ Investigation Reveals

Tik Tok's algorithms are routinely serving up sexual content and content containing drugs and alcohol to children as young as 13, a new investigation from the Wall Street Journal revealed this week.

Using the app under the guise of being a 13 year old user who searched for the term "onlyfan", Tik Tok even presented the user of two instances of selling pornography.

Sexually oriented videos were also included in Tik Tok's "For You" page, the investigation revealed. Content on this page, which is similar to Twitter's timeline, is based off of prior searches and content that a user has spent the most time searching for, The Daily Mail added.

As the "13 year old" user browsed more sexual content, more was recommended to them, despite the user's age clearly being marked as 13 in their profile.

Tik Tok has responded by saying they are "working on a new filter tool for younger accounts," the Daily Mail wrote.

Support Truth or Truth Will Cease to Exist

As you can see from my posting yesterday — https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2021/09/07/the-powerful-case-against-... — this website is a source of factual information about Covid. It provides the information suppressed by “social media” and other Big Pharma media such as CNN.

Providing this information results in me being demonized by Big Pharma’s trolls. Homeland Security has labeled dissidents from the official Covid narrative “domestic extremists” and intends to silence us in some authoritarian way once the brainwashed and fearful population consents.

Indeed, across the wide front of the contra-narrative information that this website provides, the cost to me of providing it goes far beyond money. I am labeled a “conspiracy theorist,” a “racist,” an “anti-semite,” a “holocaust denier,” “transphobic,” and all the rest of the terms used to discredit those who tell the truth.

Facebook Users Liable for All Comments Under Their Posts, According to Australia High Court

Australia’s High Court, roughly the equivalent of the U.S. Supreme Court, has ruled that Facebook users are responsible for the content of complete strangers who post defamatory comments on their posts. The ruling upholds a June 2019 ruling by the Supreme Court of New South Wales, home to Australia’s largest city of Sydney. And it runs counter to how virtually everyone thinks about liability on the internet.

The High Court’s ruling on Wednesday is just a small part of a larger case brought against Australian news outlets, including the Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, and The Australian, among others, by a man who said he was defamed in the Facebook comments of the newspapers’ stories in 2016.

The question before the High Court was the definition of “publisher,” something that isn’t easily defined in Australian law.

MSNBC struggles among advertiser-coveted demographic as Fox News dominates multiple categories

Fox News outdrew MSNBC and CNN combined last week in multiple categories as liberal networks continue to struggle during the Biden era.

Fox News averaged 1.8 million viewers from during the week of Aug. 30 through Sept. 3., compared to 890,000 for MSNBC and 706,000 for CNN. During the primetime hours of 8-11 p.m., Fox News averaged 3.1 million viewers compared to 1.6 million for MSNBC and 928,000 for CNN.

MSNBC had a particularly hard time attracting viewers from the advertiser-coveted demographic of adults aged 25-54, with its top show in the category, "The Rachel Maddow Show," finishing No. 13 among all cable news programs.

Facebook pays contractors to read your ‘encrypted’ WhatsApp messages, shares info with prosecutors – reports

When Facebook acquired WhatsApp, it promised to respect the privacy of its users. That hasn’t been the case, and the firm now employs thousands of staff to read supposedly-encrypted chats.

Social media behemoth Facebook acquired WhatsApp in 2014, with CEO Mark Zuckerberg promising to keep the stripped-down, ad-free messaging app “exactly the same.” End-to-end encryption was introduced in 2016, with the app itself offering on-screen assurances to users that “No one outside of this chat” can read their communications, and Zuckerberg himself telling the US Senate in 2018 that “We don’t see any of the content in WhatsApp.”

Allegedly, none of that is true. More than a thousand content moderators are employed at shared Facebook/WhatsApp offices in Austin, Texas, Dublin, Ireland, and Singapore to sift through messages reported by users and flagged by artificial intelligence.

Twitter Partners With UK Govt-Backed, CIA-linked Reuters to Censor Alternative Views

Social media giant Twitter has announced that it will work with Reuters and the Associated Press to censor supposed “misinformation” on the platform, while actively promoting news stories that they deem to be “credible.”

Both of these media outlets are reliable mouthpieces of Western governments, but Reuters takes the cozy relationship a step further.

During the first cold war, Reuters was funded by the British government to spread anti-Soviet propaganda and to disseminate misinformation that served UK foreign-policy interests in the Middle East and Latin America.

Today, Reuters still works closely with the British government. Grayzone editor Max Blumenthal revealed how the media company has participated in a covert UK Foreign Office information warfare program aimed at creating “attitudinal change” in Russian journalists, “weakening Russia,” and advancing NATO geopolitical goals.

Media Setting the Table to Question Outcome of California Recall if Larry Elder Wins

After the 2016 election, the left spent four years casting doubt on the outcome in order to make Trump’s win look illegitimate. After the 2020 election, the left’s allies in social media made it a thought crime to question Biden’s win.

In the California recall election, the media is already setting up a narrative to question the outcome in case Larry Elder wins.

Webmaster's Commentary:

This will be interesting. The same media insisting there could not possibly be election fraud in Biden's victory will be screaming election fraud if Larry Elder wins!

ProtonMail removed “we do not keep any IP logs” from its privacy policy

This weekend, news broke that security/privacy-focused anonymous email service ProtonMail turned over a French climate activist's IP address and browser fingerprint to Swiss authorities. This move seemingly ran counter to the well-known service's policies, which as recently as last week stated that "by default, we do not keep any IP logs which can be linked to your anonymous email account."

After providing the activist's metadata to Swiss authorities, ProtonMail removed the section that had promised no IP logs, replacing it with one saying, "ProtonMail is email that respects privacy and puts people (not advertisers) first."

Gallup Poll Claims 20%+ Of Unvaccinated People Want Themselves To Be Banned From Doing Things

A new Gallup poll claiming a slim majority of Americans support vaccine passports also claims that nearly 1 in 4 unvaccinated Americans support banning themselves from flying and 1 in 5 support banning themselves from going to work, staying at a hotel, dining at a restaurant and attending events with large crowds.

This is about as clear as it gets that Gallup polls are worthless garbage which are published to shape public opinion and influence government policy rather than reflect what the public actually thinks.

How Facebook Undermines Privacy Protections for Its 2 Billion WhatsApp Users

WHEN MARK ZUCKERBERG unveiled a new “privacy-focused vision” for Facebook in March 2019, he cited the company’s global messaging service, WhatsApp, as a model. Acknowledging that “we don’t currently have a strong reputation for building privacy protective services,” the Facebook CEO wrote that “I believe the future of communication will increasingly shift to private, encrypted services where people can be confident what they say to each other stays secure and their messages and content won’t stick around forever. This is the future I hope we will help bring about. We plan to build this the way we’ve developed WhatsApp.”

TikTok reportedly overtakes YouTube in US average watch time

TikTok’s users now spend more time each month watching content than YouTube users, according to a report from app analytics firm App Annie. In the US, ByteDance’s app first overtook YouTube in August last year, and as of June 2021 its users watched over 24 hours of content per month, compared with 22 hours and 40 minutes on Google’s video platform. In the UK the difference is even more stark: TikTok overtook YouTube in May last year and users there now reportedly watch almost 26 hours of content a month, compared to less than 16 on YouTube.

Seeking 9/11 Truth After Twenty Years

The twentieth anniversary of the 9/11 Attacks is almost upon us, and although their immediacy has been somewhat reduced by the events of the last eighteen months, we must recognize that they they drastically shaped the world history of the last two decades, greatly changing the daily lives and liberties of most ordinary Americans.

The widespread doubts about the reality of the official story provided by our government and almost universally promoted by our media has severely diminished popular faith in the credibility of those two crucial institutions, with consequences that are still very apparent in today’s highest profile issues.

BBC admits Syria gas attack report had serious flaws in 'victory for truth' after complaint by Peter Hitchens

The BBC has admitted that a Radio 4 documentary on an alleged chemical weapon attack in Syria contained serious inaccuracies.

...

The programme, part of a series on aspects of the conflict in Syria, dealt with an attack at Douma in 2018 and included an account of the role later played by 'Alex', a former inspector with the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), the poison gas watchdog.

Last week – nearly ten months after the broadcast – the ECU delivered its finding that the BBC was wrong to insinuate that 'Alex' was motivated to go public about his doubts over the attack by the prospect of a $100,000 (£72,000) reward from the whistleblowing website WikiLeaks.

No such reward was ever paid, according to WikiLeaks.

The BBC also accepted it had no evidence to back up its claim that 'Alex', a highly qualified and apolitical scientist, believed the attack in Douma, which prompted retaliatory missile strikes by Britain, the US and France, had been staged.

Under the headline New York City’s Katrina Moment: Death Toll From Drowning Rises, on November 1, 2012 Wall Street On Parade reported the following about deaths in New York City from Hurricane Sandy:

“Despite what the paper of record would have you believe, Hurricane Sandy was not about killer trees. Hurricane Sandy, like Hurricane Katrina, was about killer water.

“The New York Times put it this way on Tuesday, before the death toll had climbed even higher: ‘There were 22 deaths reported in New York City, where the toll was heaviest, and 5 more fatalities elsewhere in the state. Most of all, it was the trees. Uprooted or cracked by the furious winds, they became weapons that flattened cars, houses and pedestrians.’

Facebook Admits 'Unacceptable Error' As AI-Generated ‘Keep Seeing Primates’ Prompt Targets Black Men

Tech giants’ algorithms have previously been blamed for embarrassing errors. In 2015, Google's AI reportedly tagged two Black people's faces with the word "gorilla". The company apologised and promptly censored the words “gorilla”, “chimp”, “chimpanzee”, and “monkey” from Google Lens, “blinding” the algorithm.

A contrite Facebook rushed to issue an apology on Friday after its AI software generated “keep seeing” prompts that labeled videos showing black men with the term "primates".

A Facebook spokesperson told The New York Times, which first reported the story, that it was a "clearly unacceptable error" of its auto-generated recommendation system.

Facebook Calls Out CCDH for Manufacturing ‘Faulty Narrative’

As you may know, an obscure one-man organization funded by dark money called the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) has published several reports, including “The Anti-Vaxx Playbook,”6 “The Disinformation Dozen”7 and “Disinformation Dozen: The Sequel,”8 in which the founder, Imran Ahmed — an unregistered foreign agent — claims to have identified the top most influential “anti-vaxxers” in the U.S.

In a completely unexpected turn of events, Facebook is now calling out the CCDH for having manufactured a faulty narrative without evidence against the 12 individuals targeted in its reports (myself included).9

This is important, seeing how the CCDH reports have been the primary “reference” source of authority used by media and government officials to smear, threaten and infringe on American citizens’ right to free speech.

‘Enough’: Australian newspaper The Age comes out against extended lockdown in fiery editorial

Australia’s The Age newspaper has sparked fresh division in Victoria after publishing an extensive editorial article harshly criticizing the state government’s handling of the Covid-19 pandemic and recent lockdown extensions.

On Wednesday, the paper published an editorial headlined “Victoria can’t go on like this.” The piece condemned Victoria Premier Daniel Andrews and the Labor State Government over its extension of harsh lockdown measures and a lack of evidence to back them up.

The restrictions were maintained despite officials conceding it was no longer possible to achieve zero cases in the state – an ambitious pursuit championed by Andrews.

“There comes a point, and The Age believes that point has been reached, where the damage caused by the harshest and longest lockdowns in the country needs to be more seriously factored in,” the editorial reads.

Amazon.com Inc plans to take a more proactive approach to determine what types of content violate its cloud service policies, such as rules against promoting violence, and enforce its removal, according to two sources, a move likely to renew debate about how much power tech companies should have to restrict free speech.

Shock: Biden Admin Turns To Socials To Hide Scale Of Afghanistan Debacle

Biden administration officials directed federal agencies to wipe any detailed lists from their websites that describe quantities or cost of U.S. military equipment and training to Afghanistan security forces, according to the State Department. The request was then made to some big tech companies asking them to help them locate these posts.

Public relations to stories about the tens of billions of dollars in equipment issued by multiple agencies, including Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction and the Governmental Accountability Office, are now dead.

A State Department spokesperson on Wednesday confirmed the agency's role in the reports' withdrawals, which were reported on Tuesday by OpenTheBooks.com founder Adam Andrzejewski, and said the department gave the directions to defend Afghan allies after the U.S.-backed government's fall and the Taliban's takeover of most of the nation.

Ever keen to be seen doing more about online abuse among its users, Twitter has decided to nobble free speech with a novelty ‘Safety Mode’ button, which might reduce offence. Exactly what ‘offence’ means is up to the tech giant.

Something about Twitter has long irritated me, not so much the platform itself but the smug self-righteousness of a bunch of tech nerds adopting the moral high ground over the inalienable right to free speech.

I’m not just talking about Jack Dorsey and his Silicon Valley sidekicks who blocked Donald Trump’s social media account, but about their woke-fevered, sanctimonious, purse-lipped wowserish approach in imposing their own values in judging what should and shouldn’t be allowed to be said within their software apps.

Texas is about to pass a new law Republicans say will stop censorship of conservatives on Facebook, Twitter

Texas is on the verge of passing a new law that would crack down on social media companies Republicans say are censoring conservative speech.

The legislature passed the bill. It now heads to the desk of Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican who has publicly backed it and is expected to sign it.

The new law, passed in the final days of the second special session called by Abbott, would allow any Texas resident banned from Facebook, Twitter or Google's YouTube for their political views to sue the companies. The state attorney general also would be able to sue on behalf of a user or a group of users.

It is similar to a Florida law that was blocked by a federal judge one day before it was set to take effect.

FACT CHECK: The FDA first approved ivermectin for HUMANS back in 1996… media outlets are deliberately lying to the public

The mainstream media is lying on behalf of Big Pharma and the medical fascists by falsely claiming that ivermectin is a de-wormer for animals, when the reality is that the anti-parasite drug was first approved for human use back in 1996.

According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which is really a private corporation posing as a public health agency, ivermectin should not be used by humans because it is intended for animals. A quick and easy fact check reveals this claim to be patently false.

The fact of the matter is that while ivermectin is, in fact, used in animals, it is also approved for use in humans. The only reason that many people are having to take the animal version these days is because the governing authorities have made it next to impossible to obtain a prescription for human ivermectin, while animal ivermectin is freely available in feed stores and online.

MSM ADMITS “VACCINE” ONLY STOPS SYMPTOMS, & NOT EVEN THAT WELL ANYMORE

The “vaccine” that isn’t a vaccine is being shown to be less effective each day. Previously, even though the gene therapy shot wouldn’t stop infection or transmission, the ruling class and their lapdogs in the mainstream media said it would prevent symptoms that land people in the hospital. Now, even that “efficacy” is diminishing.

This could be a ploy to get the booster shot in people. But if they already took both of the first shots, getting them convinced they need a booster every five months will, sadly, be relatively easy for the ruling class.

They still want us to know that the “vaccines” provide “good protection” and we should get one.

The Trusted News Initiative – A BBC led organisation censoring Public Health experts who oppose the official narrative on Covid-19

What do the inventor of mRNA technology; the lead author of the most downloaded paper on Covid-19 in the American Journal of Medicine; a former editor of the American Journal of Epidemiology; renowned epidemiologists at Harvard, Stanford, and Oxford; and France’s leading microbiologist – have in common?

They have all been censored by a repressive media network that most people have never heard of. This network has outrageously conceived and conveyed a “monopoly of legitimate information.”[i]

Exposing this uncanny censorship of eminent voices is especially vital to the fate of children and youth, who are being aggressively targeted for low-benefit, sometimes lethal, inoculations.

Media Get Hate Crimes Wrong — Again

Before you brace yourself for this rise in white nationalism and increasing hostility toward minorities, let’s put these numbers into perspective. The Department of Justice warns every year not to make year-to-year comparisons of the number of “hate” crimes, and every year, the media make them anyway. Comparisons are meaningless because data come from local police agencies, which can file reports or not as they choose.

There are 17,985 police agencies in the United States, and 2,849 did not bother to file a hate-crimes report in 2020. Sixty-four jurisdictions with populations greater than 100,000 that did file found no hate crimes at all.

Afghanistan Collapse Reveals Beltway Media’s Loyalty to Permanent War State

In the wake of a remarkably successful Taliban offensive capped by the takeover of Kabul, the responses of corporate media provided what may have been the most dramatic demonstration ever of its fealty to the Pentagon and military leadership. The media did so by mounting a full-throated political attack on President Joe Biden’s final withdrawal from Afghanistan and a defense of the military’s desire for an indefinite presence in the country.

Biden’s failure to establish a plan for evacuating tens of thousands of Afghans seeking to the flee the new Taliban regime made him a soft target for the Beltway media’s furious assault. However, it was Biden’s refusal last Spring to keep 4,500 U.S. troops in Afghanistan on an indefinite basis – flouting an aggressive Pentagon lobbying campaign – that initially triggered the rage of the military brass.

‘Dystopian nightmare’: Russian tech billionaire Durov slams America's Apple & Google for ‘censoring’ information on the internet

Two of the world’s largest corporations, American tech giants Apple and Google, are actively censoring information disseminated to the public. That’s according to Pavel Durov, the Russian founder of the Telegram Messenger app.

Durov is a long-time critic of both companies, as well as some of their competitors, such as Facebook’s WhatsApp. He believes they are responsible for the erosion of privacy.

“20 years ago, we had decentralized Internet and a relatively unrestricted banking system,” he wrote on his Telegram channel. “Today, Apple and Google censor information and apps on our phones while Visa and Mastercard limit what goods and services we can pay for.”

“Every year, we give up more power and control over our lives to a handful of unaccountable corporate executives we didn’t elect.”

Tech firms have allocated almost €100 million to lobby the EU over the past year in an attempt to counter new tough laws regulating their activities, with Google, Facebook and Microsoft laying out the most cash, a study has found.

The paper, published by Corporate Europe Observatory and LobbyControl campaign groups on Tuesday, revealed that the annual spending on lobbying on EU digital economy policies has reached a whopping €100 million ($114.4 million).

More than 600 companies have been involved in such activities, with at least 20% of them being US-based, the authors said after analyzing data submitted by the market players to the EU Transparency Register before mid-June 2021.

Mom of slain Marine protests as Facebook temporarily removes her Instagram

The mother of a Marine killed in the suicide bombing in Kabul, Afghanistan, last week had her account removed from Instagram and “incorrectly deleted” from Facebook following her fierce criticism of President Biden in the wake of her son’s death.

Shana Chappell, the mother of Kareem Nikoui, 20, took to Facebook on Monday to slam Instagram for removing her account after she started posting about what happened to her son and her belief that Biden is to blame.

Chappell claimed the social media platform started to flag several of her “posts from months ago,” and began to send her warnings that she could have her account disabled.

The Media's Addiction To COVID 'Fear Porn' Is Perpetuating An Ever-Worsening Cycle Of Societal Damage Across The World

Over the past year and a half, hysterical media reporting on matters Covid-19 has reduced some people to a fearful state of unquestioning compliance – including a great number of otherwise critically-thinking journalists.

With screaming headlines in bold and large font such as, ”Will this nightmare ever end?” and “Mutant virus skyrockets…” and ”Fear grows across the country: VIRUS PANIC,” and ”Coronavirus horror: Social media footage shows infected Wuhan residents 'act like zombies’," it is no wonder many people are in a state of panic.

In times when many are suffering mentally and physically under unnecessary and prolonged lockdowns, the incessant fear porn is causing excessive anxiety, which in turn will affect the health & mental well-being of some, if not many.

BOOM! Major law firm confirms FDA deceived America with its confusing ‘approval’ of Pfizer vax

When the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced Aug. 23 it had granted full approval to the first Covid “vaccine” under the brand name Comirnaty, the mainstream media immediately ran with the narrative.

Joe Biden jumped in front of a microphone and told businesses they needed to “step up” the mandating of vaccines for their employees.

Dr. Anthony Fauci told national media outlets he expected a whole host of new “mandates” to be fueled by the “approval” of the Pfizer jab.

There’s only one problem. The “approval” given by the FDA was not for the Pfizer jab currently available in the U.S. market.

The devil is always in the details. Some of us weren’t fooled.

Media Begins Mocking Americans For Believing Their Propaganda

The media is responding to the surge in breakthrough cases among the double-vaxxed by mocking Americans for believing their propaganda that Big Pharma's experimental shots would "stop death and hospitalization."

"The Far Right's Love Of Farmers Markets Plays Into A Larger Fascist Talking Point..."

Farmers markets are the new face of white supremacy.

"The far right’s love of farmers markets plays into a larger fascist talking point that idealizes pastoral life and demonizes ‘degenerate’ urban living," so says Rebecca Weiss.

American talk show host calls for mass violence against Afghans over terrorist attack that killed US citizens in Kabul

Talk show host Todd Starnes has called for the destruction of an Afghan city for every American killed after an Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) attack at Hamid Karzai International Airport killed 12 US citizens.

Starnes’ post, made in the aftermath of two explosions at the Kabul airport on Thursday, seemingly blamed all Afghans for the carnage, which left at least 60 people dead, including 12 American servicemembers and numerous Afghan civilians.

BBC licence fee ‘in terminal decline because more will refuse to pay’

The BBC licence fee is in terminal decline because increasing numbers of people will refuse to pay it, the media minister has said.

There are currently 24.8 million licences in force, according to BBC figures, with that figure having stood at 25.8 million two years ago.

Moreover, around 260,000 over-75s contacted by TV Licensing have yet to arrange payment.

John Whittingdale, the minister for media and data, said he expected the downward trend to continue each year.

Facebook considering formation of election advisory group: report

Facebook is considering forming an advisory board with academics and policy experts to advise the company on content moderation decisions related to global elections, The New York Times reported Wednesday.

The advisory commission would make decisions around how to handle election misinformation, a topic Facebook has faced fierce scrutiny over, five people with knowledge of discussions told the Times.

If the board is set up, the social media giant is expected to announce it this fall, ahead of the 2022 midterm elections, the Times reported.

Western media ‘complicit in hiding truth’ of Afghan war, allowing ‘extraordinary lie’ to last two decades – WikiLeaks' Hrafnsson

The abrupt US withdrawal from Afghanistan should not surprise anyone, WikiLeaks editor-in-chief Kristinn Hrafnsson told RT, saying the fact that Washington was able to deceive the world for two decades is more shocking.

Washington’s 19-year-long war campaign in Afghanistan was one “big lie” that only benefited America’s military industrial complex and private contractors, Hrafnsson said. The WikiLeaks editor-in-chief said it was not the ongoing chaotic withdrawal of the US and its allies that was now a surprise, but the fact that mainstream media did not catch on to the lies which prolonged the war long ago.

WikiLeaks published a trove of documents that “all painted a true picture of what was going on in Afghanistan 11 years ago,” Hrafnsson said, referring to the so-called Afghan War Diary – a collection of internal US military logs, diplomatic cables and CIA documents covering the period between 2004 and 2010.

Paypal shuts down conservative, veteran-owned company – freezes nearly $100k in their money

One thing we’ve learned about the tech tyrants…they have ZERO sense of humor. While the ability to market so-called “fake” items…otherwise known as novelty items has been going on forever (think Spencer Gifts), certain novelty items are apparently off limits.

A company called “FakeMaskUSA” was marketing facemasks online marketed as:

“Guess what? Much like all other cloth face masks, these masks to nothing at all—except get you into schools, and work, and airplanes, and let you breathe.”

Pretty amusing actually.

Now the company tells Law Enforcement Today that PayPal, the online payment service, shut down their ability to collect payments.

Tara Reade: After Biden’s Afghan fiasco and Cuomo's ousting, is just being a Democrat no longer enough to ensure positive press?

With a Democratic Governor forced to resign, and a Democratic President under serious scrutiny for the first time since Obama's win, can powerful men no longer rely on the media’s defense just because they are in the right party?

The world is on fire, literally, even Siberia. In Australia, they shot rescue dogs and their gruesome reason was so that people would not venture out breaking Covid lockdown to pick them up. In the late August heat, in Afghanistan, people are being left behind desperate at an airport, getting trampled, shot and dying, as America makes its incompetent and ignominious exit. Israel uses the distraction to bomb more Palestinians in their homes trapped by the violence. In America, the Governor of New York resigns, but refuses to admit any wrongdoing, and screaming to the last about being set up.

‘Political disaster for Biden’: Fauci’s prediction that Covid won’t be beaten until ‘Spring 2022’ met with horror, even at CNN

Joe Biden will beat Covid-19 eventually, chief medical adviser Anthony Fauci has reassured Americans; it just might take until spring of next year. The new timeline has even mainstream media quivering over the political backlash.

Biden was elected with a mandate to end the pandemic – that much is clear from any media coverage of the election. But as Dr. Fauci informed CNN on Monday, the president’s mission might not be as accomplished as he would like – indeed, the epidemic might drag on until spring 2022, the doctor warned.

Speaking to CNN host Anderson Cooper, Fauci first rushed to correct a previous, even more dire prediction suggesting the virus would persist through fall 2022, telling the host he’d misspoken earlier.

Even Mainstream Media Is Now Asking Big Questions About Covid Vaccines

Former Congressman Ron Paul has highlighted this week that a handful of mainstream media articles have actually begun to break ranks in terms of questioning key aspects of vaccine effectiveness and mandates, particularly when it comes to the controversial boosters now being widely proposed.

"Even mainstream media is now asking big questions about the vaccines" Wednesday's Liberty Report featured. A couple of recent headlines in Bloomberg and BBC were unexpected in terms the criticism reflected and somewhat skeptical pushback against the 'consensus narrative'.

The first news article that Congressman Paul and co-host Daniel McAdams highlight is from Bloomberg.

Here's how the very unexpected Bloomberg article, which was published this past weekend, began:

And They Wonder Why We Despise Them

Larry Elder is a black radio talk show host running to replace California Governor Gavin Newsome if he is recalled in the vote scheduled for September 14. During the campaign, he has said the same sensible things he has been saying for years on the radio. Nothing more enrages our self-style betters than a black man who doesn’t step and fetch the way they think he should, so they have opened fire.

Last Wednesday, the Los Angeles Times published an article by Jean Guerrero, best known for her sensitive and nuanced portrayal of Trump advisor Stephen Miller called Hatemonger. Beginning with the headline, “If Larry Elder is Elected, Life Will Get Harder for Black and Latino Californians,” Miss Guerrero tucks into Mr. Elder with everything she learned for her master’s degree in Creative [sic] Nonfiction. In the first sentence, she writes that Mr. Elder “isn’t afraid to deny the reality of systemic racism by maligning Black people.”

Mission Accomplished

It took America 15 years to airlift its whipped, arrogant ass out of Vietnam; in Afghanistan it took 20. All the young men and women our diseased, criminal “leaders” doomed to be killed, mangled, or commit suicide in or after those fake, bullshit “wars” were, in effect, shit-canned by them like rotten meat. Trillions that should have educated, inspired, and nurtured them were wasted and stolen by our rabid, raping Capitalist War Machine.

After 20 years of blustering, pious deception, colluded in by the hillbilly ninnies laughingly referred to as our government, led by four despicable Presidents—as contemptible a set of moral and spiritual monsters as could be dredged up from the foetid latrines of history—this hideous charade can be seen for what it was: a brazen scam to engorge our Death Merchants with blood money.

Instagram Fuels 70% Rise In Online Grooming Of Children: UK Charity

OnlyFans reverses decision to ban sexually explicit content after backlash

In an abrupt about-face, OnlyFans, the subscription-based content creation platform, has announced it will no longer ban sexually explicit content.

OnlyFans, which rose to popularity among sex workers as a place to sell nude and sexually explicit content, had announced that it would enact a new policy banning that kind of content from its platform this month. The policy was scheduled to go into effect Oct. 1.

But in a reversal likely spurred in part by widespread backlash, the company said Wednesday it would no longer move forward with the policy.

How US Media and CIA Weaponised Women's Rights to Manipulate Public Perception of Afghan War

Photos taken at Kabul Airport amid the US’ hasty evacuation and circulated on social media have shown that those who were fortunate to leave the country by US aircraft were mostly young Afghan men. "Where are the women?" netizens wondered, citing Washington's longstanding campaign for the protection of women's rights in Afghanistan.

"The War in Afghanistan is ending the way it started: with a totally fake concern for women's rights", tweeted Alan MacLeod, a British journalist and a member of the Glasgow University Media Group, on 23 August.

When the US embarked on Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), the invasion of Afghanistan was justified by the need to "retaliate" for the 9/11 terror attack after the Taliban* refused to hand over al-Qaeda* leader Osama bin Laden to Washington.

Judge Finds Army Sgt. Jonathan Pentland Guilty of 'Assault' For Defending Neighbors From Mentally Ill Criminal

Judge Diedra Hightower (pictured center) found hate hoax victim Army Sgt Jonathan Pentland guilty of third-degree assault on Monday for defending his neighbors from a mentally ill man who was accused of groping a woman and trying to snatch a baby in his neighborhood.

Pentland, a drill sergeant who served his country with honor and distinction, was thrown under the bus by the Army over an out-of-context 2-minute video, suspended from his job and brought up on charges based solely off the video and swiftly convicted.

Deandre Demetrius Williams, an accused serial harasser of women and children who was actively facing charges for trespassing and malicious injury to animals, was committed by his family and escaped all accountability but was allowed to testify in court against Pentland to have him railroaded.

The Second Amendment Is About Rifles Not Racism

Below are my thoughts on academic work claiming that the Second Amendment is a relic of slavery. The reframing of the debate follows a familiar pattern in academia. Indeed, the same type of sweeping (and unchallenged) generalities was used recently to declare Olympic surfing a relic of American imperialism. The framing of such claims often precede any search for the facts. However, academics know that there is an eager and unquestioning audience for such publications. Conversely, those academics challenging such claims risk isolation and shunning in today’s intolerant environment. What is most striking about this latest claim is that it is directly and comprehensively contradicted by historical sources. Yet, there are relatively few academics who have publicly challenged the claims as media heralds the theory as a type of breakthrough publication. As discussed earlier, the theory is neither new nor well-founded.
