Samuel Lazar is a January 6 defendant who served 30 months in prison and who reportedly was working with the feds in their investigation.

Lazar’s records were later sealed by the government for several months after his sentencing.

A 4.0-magnitude earthquake shook Italy's volcanic region of Campi Flegrei west of Naples last night as shocked residents posted videos of cars being pelted by rubble amid the worst of the tremors.

The quake - the latest in a series of tremors this past week - caused panic among residents who spilled out into the streets amid fears it could be the prelude to a volcanic eruption.

The area around the Campi Flegrei (Phlegraean Fields) volcano, which last erupted in 1538, has been the scene of increased seismic activity in recent days with a series of tremors.

Campi Flegrei is the largest active supervolcano in Europe - some half a million people live in the regions around it and would be in grave danger in the event of an eruption.

Clothing brand Abercrombie and Fitch has said that it has recruited an 'outside law firm' in order to investigated the shocking allegations of grooming and other sex crimes allegedly perpetrated by former CEO Mike Jeffries. 

The allegations were made in a BBC documentary that aired in the UK on Monday night. The film accused Jeffries and his partner Matthew Smith holding sex events around the world in which young men were forced into intimate acts. 

A total of twelve men came forward for the documentary, half of them said that they were lied to about the nature of the parties they were asked to attend. While others said that they feared for their future careers if they did not participate in the acts. 

Jeffries ruled over Abercrombie and Fitch from the 1990s until 2014, transforming it from a struggling clothing brand to one of the trendiest in the United States. During his career, Jeffries was accused discrimination, opulence and allowing his partner, Smith, to have influence over the company. 

A New York judge ordered the state to pay nearly half a million dollars in legal feels to the National Rifle Association (NRA) after the gun rights group won a major case at the Supreme Court.

In a case decided last summer, the Supreme Court ruled that a New York public carry licensing law was unconstitutional and that the ability to carry a pistol in public was a constitutional right guaranteed by the Second Amendment.

The NRA was a party in that case, New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen, and last week a New York judge ordered the state to pay $447,700.82 in legal fees.

They want more, and they supplement their welfare benefits with the proceeds from street robberies and house burglaries. Muslims in France, though only 10% of the population, make up 50-60% of the prisoners. In the UK., Muslims are 4% of the population, but 25% of prisoners. In Germany, Muslims are 5% of the population, and 23% of prisoners. Muslims committing crimes of property often use violence to intimidate their victims. In one city in Germany, having lost faith in the police’s ability to adequately protect the population from this Muslim crime wave, older students, and parents, too, have organized patrols and self-defense groups.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin) has revealed the contents of an official 2017 report from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) under Dr. Anthony Fauci. It includes a warning about the lack of training at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in China.

Johnson, the lead Republican on the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, sent a letter to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra and National Institutes of Health (NIH) Acting Director Lawrence Tabak, reiterating multi-year requests for an interview with and records from Dr. Chen regarding her 2017 WIV safety concerns.
