In a recent interview with Newsmax, Louisiana Congressman Clay Higgins expressed his conviction that the FBI played a significant role in the Capitol protest that took place on January 6, 2021.

Higgins has previously confronted FBI Director Christopher Wray with these allegations during a Congressional hearing, but Wray has categorically denied any such involvement.

In a recent development, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has initiated legal proceedings against pharmaceutical behemoth Pfizer.

The Attorney General's office, in a press statement, claimed that Pfizer had contravened the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. The company allegedly engaged in "false, deceptive, and misleading acts and practices" by making unsubstantiated assertions about its COVID-19 vaccine.

Recent revelations that Democrats may have destroyed exculpatory evidence collected by the United States House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack demand a full and thorough investigation. Speaker Mike Johnson needs to empanel a new Select Committee to review the actions of the prior Committee and present ALL of the evidence to the American people—specifically Rep Nancy Pelosi’s role and the involvement of the FBI and DHS on January 6th. While the former chairman of the Committee claims Democrats destroyed much of the video evidence they collected it is very likely much (if not all) of the evidence still exists. To that end Congress needs to send evidence preservation notices to James Goldston and his team.

The United States House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack conducted one of the most expensive investigations in the history of the House of Representatives. More than 100 staffers, lawyers, contractors, and support personnel worked for more than a year and half conducting more than 1,000 videotaped depositions and interviews, combing through more than 44,000 hours of video footage, and reviewing more than 140,000 documents. The Committee then hired a former Disney executive James Goldston who previously served as president of ABC News to turn their work product into a 20/20-style primetime special for the American public.

Three months after she testified as the Democrats' star witness at the Jan. 6 congressional hearings, former Trump White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson submitted significant changes to statements and information she had provided in transcribed interviews with the U.S. House of Representatives dating to February 2022, according to an errata sheet reviewed by Just the News that was kept from the American public. 

The 15-page-long errata sheet, uncovered recently by Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., includes significant changes to Hutchinson's account of key events in the Capitol riot drama, including what Secret Service vehicle transported Donald Trump to the Jan. 6, 2021 rally, whether guns were at the Washington D.C. rally that preceded the riot, and what she knew about a meeting where "Hang Mike Pence" chants were allegedly made.

The errata sheet contained a digital signature from Hutchinson approving the changes. 

Legal experts said errata sheets for congressional witnesses are common but usually are limited to technical or typographical errors. The experts who reviewed Hutchinson's errata sheet dated Sept. 12, 2022 said it appears to make material changes to her stories.

“These aren’t 'corrections.' They constitute entirely new testimony that should be subjected to cross examination,” Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz told Just the News after reviewing the memo. Dershowitz represented Trump at his first impeachment trial where the 45th president was acquitted on charges related to Ukraine and did not have a role in the Jan. 6 impeachment.

It emphasized that Yemeni troops won’t hesitate to expand their attacks against Israeli targets to include the Zionist regime's interests in the occupied territories and at sea.

The reported disappearance of videotapes of witness interviews of depositions conducted by the now-disbanded Jan. 6 congressional committee, which was led by the Democrats, is raising serious issues about the integrity of that J6 committee.

There are now grave doubts about that J6 committee’s activities as an “investigative” body; the signs are increasingly pointing to the conclusion that its role was more like that of a “cover-up” body.

The House Administration Oversight subcommittee, led by Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA), made the astonishing revelation on the “Just the News, No Noise” television show on Thursday night.

•Mass censorship of reporting “unsafe” adverse responses to vaccination on every media platform.

Covid-19 has been a dreadful nightmare for many and this includes the many who have suffered adverse reactions from vaccines, those that lost their jobs and livelihood, and even many who lost their homes. It started out terrifying because it was an unknown and there were serious losses of life initially.
 

Add to this the significant re-structuring of lives and the economy has left us in a state where we are unsure of what will manifest next. The rush to create a vaccine has caused significant harm and a serious loss of trust among the populations of many countries.

Now, Covid-19 has almost completely disappeared and the mortality associated has dropped to miniscule compared to other issues. The average number of daily deaths WORLDWIDE has been less than 1000 daily since last April ( April of 2023 ).

I find it funny that there was all this talk about a soft landing, and then as soon as everyone spent all their money on Black Friday, they switch to dropping the hard recession all over the news. Coincidence??? Probably not!

The Philippines' Commission on Elections (COMELEC) moved Wednesday to ban Smartmatic PH, a voting technology company, after the U.S. Justice Department filed criminal charges against a former COMELEC official alleging that he was bribed by Smartmatic in exchange for winning contracts in the Philippines.

Smartmatic is suing numerous media outlets and individuals for defamation related to the 2020 United States presidential election claiming that media coverage of it harmed its reputation.

In its action, COMELEC said Smartmatic had been "disqualified and disallowed" after the Justice Department alleged that it had bribed Andres Bautista, the former COMELEC chairman, and other Filipino officials $4 million in exchange for obtaining a contract for election machines, according to a report in CNN Philippines.
