The Swiss People's Party (UDC), which holds the majority in parliament, has stated in a release that it demands the country's withdrawal from the Council of Europe after the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled that Bern was not doing enough to combat climate change.

"The ruling of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) is a scandal. Ideology and denial of reality clearly prevail in European courts. The task of the courts is to establish the law, not to engage in politics. Moreover, the judges in Strasbourg did not even take into account the fact that Switzerland is a model country for reducing CO2 emissions. UDC strongly condemns this interference by foreign judges and demands Switzerland's withdrawal from the Council of Europe," the party's release said on Tuesday.

A group of four women, along with the Swiss organization Verein KlimaSeniorinnen Schweiz, filed a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), arguing that Switzerland's authorities are failing to take adequate steps to mitigate the effects of climate change and the resulting impact of global warming on their well-being, living conditions, and health.

The special military operation became a turning point for Russia’s already formidable defense industry, presenting new challenges and triggering innovations.

Russia's heavy automatized demining complex dubbed “Stalker” is being tested in the special operation near the recently liberated town of Avdeyevka.

The city – which was turned into "the most heavily fortified location on Earth" by the Kiev regime – is virtually the best place to check the capabilities of Russia’s top-notch machines.

“Stalker”, which sustains direct mine blasts and emerges almost unharmed, weighs about 27 tons and is powered by a 540 hp engine. Operators can direct the machine with a remote control system, staying away up 1 km from the minefield in a secure command post. It is enhanced with four cameras to help the crewmembers get the full picture of the battlefield and is capable of decimating mines that are planted up to 30 cm below ground.

First tests showed that “Stalker” successfully cleared passages for Russian troops to advance.

On Tuesday, Russian security forces reported that the Ukrainian army had used chemical weapons, presumably white phosphorus, near the city of Artemovsk in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). They provided Sputnik with a video showing a glass flask containing this poisonous substance.

The use of chemical weapons was recorded in the vicinity of Kleshcheyevka village.

The weapon, which was a glass flask containing a poisonous substance, released a gas that irritated the human mucous membranes, according to the conclusion of the expert who analyzed the sample.

On Tuesday, Hamas representatives said the Israeli proposal it received from Qatari and Egyptian mediators did not meet any of the demands from the Palestinian factions, but said it would study it further before replying.

Israel will have to drop its demand that Hamas be destroyed because it is an “unachievable goal” to destroy something that is “essentially an ideology,” the host of The Left is Dead podcast, James Carey asserted on Sputnik’s The Critical Hour on Tuesday.

“As far as Hamas goes, we know they immediately flood back into areas that Israel leaves and they immediately start running the government, as they are wont to do, and as they were elected to do,” Carey observed. “[Hamas] may not be winning, but they aren’t losing, they’re still there. It’s going to be impossible to kill what is essentially an ideology in the first place. Because even if there’s not a Hamas, there’s Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and there are other, smaller militias around that can soak up people who may not necessarily be 100% in Hamas.”

I saw this video making the rounds on the tubes just now. Someone by the name of Gavin O’Blennis who apparently has connections to both the CIA and FBI was secretly recorded bragging about entrapping Americans and specifically targeting Alex Jones for financial destruction. He also remarked how there were numerous undercover FBI agents around the Capitol on J6.

Jones has threatened to sue the CIA and the FBI over this video.

We’ve heard some truly bizarre things from the liberal hosts of The View. But they keep managing to find new ways to show their stupidity. In the past, they have said hateful things towards Donald Trump and Republicans.

Whoopi Goldberg, an award-winning performer, even got into serious trouble when talking about the Holocaust.

But Sunny Hostin just might take the cake for the most idiotic hot take. She recently was exposed for attacking a black author, calling him a “pawn” of the right. Now she’s back, talking about climate change. And it seems she thinks CO2 gases affect the movement of the planets.

No seriously.

Many were shocked when President Biden pressured Israel for an “immediate ceasefire.” Even though Hamas remains a threat, Biden threatened to pull aid to Israel if they didn’t withdraw troops.

Hamas is now declaring victory as Israel began removing troops from Southern Gaza. Many have said a ceasefire could allow Hamas to gain more strength.

Now, it looks like Biden’s hostility toward a U.S. ally is empowering a major enemy. With the news that Israel pulled troops from Gaza, Iran reportedly called on their proxy allies in the region. And what they are demanding is nothing less than all-out war.

From Daily Wire:
The Islamic Republic of Iran — the world’ leading state sponsor of terrorism — is encouraging its terrorist proxy groups in the Middle East to launch a massive simultaneous attack on Israel…

Sources familiar with U.S. intelligence told CNN that Iran has “urged several of its proxy militia groups to simultaneously launch a large-scale attack against Israel, using drones and missiles, and that they could attack as soon as this week.”

Big banks are pushing to invest your money in the most woke companies and movements imaginable. Big surprise, those investments often tank. Now, one red state is taking a stand against this ESG scheme. And they are hitting these banks where it hurts.

From The Post Millennial:
The state of West Virginia has barred four financial institutions from entering into state contracts due to their environmental policies, with potential contracts valued at tens of billions of dollars at stake.

According to Fox News, the institutions affected are Citigroup, TD Bank, HSBC, and The Northern Trust Company…

“We’ve offered woke financial institutions a choice: you can boycott fossil fuels, or you can do business with our state, but you can’t do both,” Moore said in a post on X.

In recent years, we’ve seen high courts rule on many Democrat-led policies. The SCOTUS has led the way striking down some of the left’s favorite pet agendas. But courts across the land have been taking a hard look at Democrats’ big-government platform.

And it appears they don’t like what they are seeing.

In one unlikely blue state, a superior court took to task a Democrat-led ban. The state had been angling to push this law for years. Many blue states support this kind of measure, which strikes at the heart of a constitutional right. And the superior court just issued a decision that will have patriots clapping.

From Breitbart:
Cowlitz County Superior Court Judge Gary Bashor on Monday found Washington state’s “high capacity” magazine ban violated both the U.S. Constitution and the state’s own constitution.

The Russian Investigative Committee on Tuesday said it launched a criminal probe into the financing of terrorism, naming the Ukrainian industrial conglomerate Burisma among the suspects.

RT spoke about the unfolding scandal to Arnaud Develay, an international human rights advocate and the author of a book covering ties between the Ukrainian company and the family of US President Joe Biden.

“This is something that the Russian Investigative Committee is going to have to determine to be sure, but this is nothing new,” Develay stated, describing the Ukrainian company as a “vehicle to launder taxpayers’ money.”

The investigators have already “established that the funds, flowing through commercial organizations, including the oil and gas conglomerate Burisma Holdings, operating in Ukraine, have been used in recent years to carry out terrorist attacks in Russia” and beyond.

Israel will launch strikes against Iran’s nuclear program in the event that Tehran retaliates for the recent attack on its embassy in Damascus, a London-based Arabic outlet has reported, citing an anonymous Western security official.

Two generals of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Quds Force and several other officers were killed in the Israeli airstrike on the Iranian consulate in Damascus last week. Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has vowed that Israel will “receive a slap in the face” in return.

According to Elaph News, an Arabic-language online outlet operating from the UK, Israel has been training pilots to strike “sensitive sites” in Iran, potentially ones involved in Tehran’s nuclear program.

Washington has intercepted and transferred to Kiev thousands of Kalashnikov assault rifles and machine guns, with over half a million rounds of ammunition, as well as grenade launchers and sniper rifles, the US Central Command announced on Tuesday.

The transfer took place on April 4 and included “enough materiel” to equip a single Ukrainian brigade with small arms, CENTCOM said in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

“The US government transferred over 5,000 AK-47s, machine guns, sniper rifles, RPG-7s and over 500,000 rounds of 7.62mm ammunition to the Ukrainian armed forces,” it wrote.

The Pentagon claims that the guns and ammunition were on their way from Iran to the Houthi militia in Yemen, in violation of a UN arms embargo, when they were seized by the US Navy and its allies from several “transiting stateless vessels” off the coast of Yemen between May 2021 and February 2023.

This article is a result of a discussion I had with Dee [McLachlan] about a case I did back in 1988-89. I was approached by some people that were challenging the Egg Industry Act. The plaintiff, an egg farmer, had run out of money and now they needed a barrister to continue the case on a spec/pro bono basis. Having lost at the Supreme Court level, the case was now in the Court of Appeal. I was only two years at the Bar and had never appeared in the Supreme Court, let alone the Court of Appeal.

I agreed to take a look at the documents. Almost immediately I was close to puking. The former sleazy/incompetent lawyers had pleaded an alleged constitutional issue that the legislation was not one for the ‘peace, welfare or good government’. The reason for my indigestion was that issue had been decided in the Union Steamship case in the High Court BEFORE those lawyers had filed the pleadings. This case was a dead loser right out of the gate and they had strung him along until his money ran out. The legislation they were challenging was a typical ‘pay to play’ piece of rubbish that Australian Parliaments are so fond of passing.

The more I read, the angrier I got. There were two inquiries (the Gilchist and ACIL Reports), commissioned by the Parliament and paid for by the people of NSW that the legislation wasn’t doing what it purported to be doing – and the Parliament wasn’t doing anything about it.

OK, if I took on this train wreck, what was in it for me? Only that I could stop an injustice and run some legal arguments that Australia desperately needed to hear. As far as compensation, my client’s total contribution was a frozen turkey and four dozen eggs.

So, how could I turn it around at the last minute in the Court of Appeal? Thankfully, I had been educated in Law in America. I had to take a semester of English Constitutional Law before I could take American Constitutional Law. The case was clearly a ‘rational basis’ case. That is – ‘The substance of Law is Reason, a law without a reason doesn’t have the substance of law, and something without substance is called a VOID’.

Latin America is quietly being forced into a carbon market scheme through regional contractual obligations – enforced by the satellites of a US intelligence-linked firm – which seeks to create an inter-continental “smart grid,” erode national and local sovereignty, and link carbon-based life to the debt-based monetary system via a Bitcoin sidechain.

Sweeping across the shores of Latin America comes a scheme from some of the most predatory figures in the venture capital ecosystem of the United States. It is a brazen attempt to assert foreign influence across Latin America and threatens to reshape the very fabric of the region and the day to day lives of its people. At its core is a serpentine set of contractual obligations, held at the municipal level, cast throughout Central and South America, upheld by an intelligence-linked satellite company, and controlled by a private sector consortium of green-washed financiers aiming to turn the region’s forests into equity and carbon credits. At the same time, it obliges local governments to spend “conservation” funds on projects that further financialize nature and aid the construction of an inter-continental “smart” grid. One of its key ambitions appears to be further entrenching the debt load of the region through the multi-lateral development banks and the dollarization of the continent from the subnational level up through carbon markets upheld by a digital ledger. What seems like a technological marvel aimed at progress and connectivity harbors a darker agenda — one that intertwines planetary surveillance, financial predation, geopolitical maneuvering, and the domination of a resource-rich continent buried in debt

CDC Releases Hidden COVID-19 Vaccine Injury Reports

The agency was forced by a federal judge to disclose the reports.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has released previously hidden reports of facial paralysis and other adverse events following COVID-19 vaccination.

The 780,000 reports were received shortly after the COVID-19 vaccines were rolled out and show that people experienced a wide range of post-vaccination problems, including heart inflammation, miscarriages, and seizures.

“Loss of consciousness and seizure immediately following injection. Went to ER by ambulance,” one person reported.

Another stated, “Diagnosed with Bells Palsy today due to left-sided facial numbness and paralysis.”

People lodged the reports with V-safe, a text-message system created by the CDC to monitor for possible side effects of COVID-19 vaccines.

The CDC, for years, declined to make the V-safe data public, instead publishing studies that described the reports as providing reassurance about the safety of the vaccines. However, according to data released in 2022 as a result of a different lawsuit, nearly 8 percent of the 10 million users required medical attention or hospital care after vaccination, and many others reported missing school, work, or other normal activities.

U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, appointed by former President Donald Trump, ordered the agency in January to disclose free-text entries from a different section of the survey in which individuals could describe their experiences. The judge dismissed the government’s arguments that processing the responses and redacting sensitive information would require too much work.

The first two tranches, made up of 780,000 reports from some 523,000 people, include dozens of reports of heart inflammation, hundreds of reports of facial paralysis, and thousands of reports of tinnitus.

Multiple people said things were so bad that they were struggling with suicidal thoughts

Claire's Observations:  Good on Judge Kacsmaryk, for ordering that the facts be told here; this is more evidence that any alleged "good" derived from this jab, is far outweighed by the potential bad which has been documented as  fact!!!

The U.S. approval for Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands to transfer 65 F-16s and support equipment may come a little too late to save the regime in Kiev.

For it will be some time before the pilots are trained, the support equipment is in place and all the F-16s are transferred. By which time Russia may have taken Odessa and consolidated its air defenses over eastern Ukraine.

That’s why Putin is confident when he says that the planes won’t change things on the battlefield.

Nonetheless 65 F-16s still represent a substantial increase in air power. Many countries do not have as many front line fighter jets. Yet Ukraine has just been gifted with three full squadrons, complete with pilot training and support equipment.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany, Annalena Baerbock, stated this, the German TV channel NTV reported on Tuesday, April 9.

Baerbock noted that she hopes for the results of the meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Group of Seven countries (G7: USA, Canada, Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy and Japan). According to her, later it will become clear which countries will be able to provide Ukraine with additional air defense capabilities.

An information request filed by Matt Malone has brought to light a secret report from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) warning that once Canadians realize just how broke they are, a massive revolt will ensue.

It may seem like things are still kind of hobbling along financially and economically due to political sleights of hand, but once that illusion fades, things “will probably deteriorate further,” according to the RCMP, which warns that all of this is coming to a head “in the next five years.”

The RCMP reportedly alerted Canada’s federal government about the strong possibility of civil unrest once Canadians come to realize what has been done to them by the powers that be. It will spell disaster for their families’ lives and livelihoods.

The Whole-of-Government Five-Year Trends for Canada study explains that “the coming period of recession will … accelerate the decline in living standards that the younger generations have already witnessed compared to earlier generations.”

President Joe Biden faces a fresh lawsuit from a seven-state coalition challenging his “most generous ever” federal student loan repayment plan, under which millions of borrowers would have a monthly bill of $0.

In their complaint, filed on April 8 at a federal court in Missouri, the states argued that what the Biden administration calls the SAVE plan is another unlawful attempt to force Americans who incurred no college debt to shoulder the bill for those who did.

Just last year, the [U.S.] Supreme Court struck down an attempt by the President to force teachers, truckers, and farmers to pay for the student loan debt of other Americans—to the enormous tune of $430 billion,” the complaint stated, noting that the high court’s 6-3 majority explicitly ruled that the president should not bypass Congress to implement a decision with such profound impact on the country’s economy.

“Undeterred, the President is at it again, even bragging that ’the Supreme Court blocked it. They blocked it. But that didn’t stop me,'” it added.

The lawsuit was spearheaded by Missouri, along with Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, North Dakota, Ohio, and Oklahoma. It comes just weeks after Kansas and 10 other Republican-led states filed a separate challenge to the same plan.

With the stroke of his pen, Joe Biden is attempting to saddle working Missourians with a half trillion dollars in college debt,” Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, a Republican, said in a statement on April 9.

“The United States Constitution makes clear that the President lacks the authority to unilaterally ‘cancel’ student loan debt for millions of Americans without express permission from Congress.”

Citing an estimate by the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Bailey said the SAVE plan would cost Americans $475 billion over 10 years—$45 billion more than the initial student loan cancellation plan the Supreme Court shot down last June.

Specifically, according to the elite business school, about $200 billion of that cost will come from payment reduction for the $1.64 trillion in loans already outstanding in 2023. The remaining $275 billion comes from reduced payments for about $1.03 trillion in new loans that will be extended over the next 10 years.

Yesterday Secretary Yellen said the following as her trip to China wrapped up:

After wrapping up my meetings, I capped off a productive trip with a visit to the Imperial College, and a microbrewery in Beijing that imports American hops for their beers — a small representation of how the U.S.-China bilateral economic relationship can benefit both sides.

The implications of such a statement (if that’s the best we can hope for from our leaders as Gold soars, treasuries drop and industry flounders) are the following….

This is Reverse Economic Colonization... aka the circle of life. It was bound to happen as it always does to degrees. But this one is a wholesale reset of money, roles, and power sharing

It is Happening. And it's your future if you do not adjust and prepare. The wealthy have already carved out their roles and will survive just fine

Take care of yourself now.
