Judicial Watch announced today that it received 115 pages of records from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) revealing previously redacted locations of COVID-19 vaccine testing facilities in Shanghai, China. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had claimed the name and location of the testing facilities were protected by the confidential commercial information exemption of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

The records were obtained through a September 2021 FOIA lawsuit filed after the FDA, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Disease failed to respond to a June 7, 2021, FOIA request for all biodistribution studies and data for the COVID-19 vaccines (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (No. 1:21-cv-02418)).

The newly unredacted documents reveal the following Pfizer/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine studies’ locations:

A study by SpaceX to use private spacecraft to reboost the Hubble Space Telescope has NASA weighing options to give Hubble new life.

NASA and SpaceX are conducting a six-month feasibility study to assess whether Dragon missions could safely boost the orbit of, and perhaps also otherwise service, the Hubble Space Telescope.

NASA is looking deeper into the possibility of using a private spacecraft to lift the Hubble Space Telescope to new heights, giving the influential space observatory a new lease on life.

On Dec. 22, the space agency issued a Request for Information regarding a non-exclusive SpaceX study earlier this year that suggested how the Hubble Space Telescope could be "reboosted" into a higher orbit.

NASA's request for information, which you can read here, comes as it continues to consider the space telescope's future and will remain open until Jan. 24, 2023.

The military’s standards for committed members and new recruits have dropped in 2022 as the services struggle to overcome challenges in filling the ranks.

Army recruiting plummeted in 2022, while the remaining services just made their recruiting goals for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, according to Department of Defense (DOD) data shared with the Daily Caller News Foundation. The military is scrambling to adjust policies in a way that attracts more recruits, prompting some lowering of physical fitness and academic standards that could negatively impact military readiness, a military expert told the DCNF.

“The military and the administration are trying to overcome the greatest recruiting challenge they have ever faced by reducing certain standards,” Thomas Spoehr, director of the Heritage Foundation’s Center for National Defense, told the DCNF. (RELATED: The Military Vaccine Mandate Has Been Overturned, But Unvaccinated Troops Still Risk Reprisal)

The Navy opened up the service to more prospective sailors who score at minimum levels on entrance examinations that test physical and mental aptitude on Dec. 5, Cmdr. David Benham, a Navy Recruiting Command spokesperson, told New guidelines will allow 7,500 recruits, or roughly 20% of the new active duty enlisted cohort, from the lowest acceptable aptitude level to join.

While the Navy met its fiscal year 2022 recruiting goal with a surplus of just 42 sailors, the target for 2023 raises the ceiling by an additional 4,000 new applicants, according to Officials insisted the change did not reflect a lowering of standards.

“As we continue to navigate a challenging recruiting environment, changing the AFQT requirement removes a potential barrier to enlistment, allowing us to widen the pool of potential recruits and creating opportunities for personnel who wish to serve,” Benham told the outlet.

A pro-trans organization is pushing for “trans and non-binary”-inclusive math curriculums that advance gender ideology.

The Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network (GLSEN) exists to try adding radical gender theory into school policies and curriculums. But the organization is not just focused on health and history classes or policies surrounding sports and bathrooms but is now pushing for “trans and non-binary”-inclusive math curriculums.

GLSEN made its case for ideologically motivated math classes in an article on their website called “How Do We Make Math Class More Inclusive of Trans and Non-Binary Identities?”

The article claims that “Mathematics educators play an important part in reversing this trend by creating inclusive environments for LGBTQ students and trans and non-binary students in particular.”

Webmaster addition: Male math: 2+2=4

Female math: 2+2=4

Gay math: 2+2=4

Straight math: 2+2=4

Male-to-female math: 2+2=4

Female-to-male math: 2+2=4

I am so confused math: 2+2=4

Six weeks ago, Revolver News published a blockbuster investigative report on Ray Epps — a man who, more than any other individual, appears to be the key unlocking the question of active federal involvement in the so-called “Capitol Siege” of January 6th.

Out of all of the thousands of January 6’s protesters, and the thousands of hours of publicly available footage from that fateful day, Ray Epps has turned out to be perhaps the only person nailed dead to rights confessing on camera to plotting a pre-planned attack on the Capitol. On both January 5 and January 6, Epps announced multiple times, at multiple locations, his upcoming plot to breach the US Capitol. He then spent hours attempting to recruit hundreds of others to join him. On top of it all, Epps was seen leading key people and managing key aspects of the initial breach of the Capitol grounds himself.

It would be one thing if Epps’s repeated calls on January 5 to “go into the Capitol” had simply amounted to bluster. But Epps followed through on his stated mission to shepherd others inside. In clips 4-6 of the above compilation, we see Epps actively orchestrate elements of the very first breach of the Capitol barricades at 12:50 p.m, while Trump still had 20 minutes left in his rally speech.

It is noteworthy that this Ray Epps breach occurs just one minute after Capitol Police began responding to reports of two “pipe bombs” located at DNC and GOP headquarters, respectively. Rather conveniently, the already-handicapped Capitol Police thus had still-fewer resources with which to respond to the barricade breach in question.

While the “pipe bombs” turned out to be a dud, the Ray Epps breach proved fateful. Today, the official stories told by the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and the US Justice Department all depict the apparent Ray Epps-orchestrated 12:50 p.m. initial breach of metal barricades as the “Big Bang” event of January 6.

Americans whole-heartedly reject several woke terms created by radical leftists to control  ideas and dialogue, the New York Post reported, citing a recent poll from the far-left New York Times.

The New York Post Editorial Board on Wednesday pointed to the Times’ online quiz and accompanying poll of 4,000 adults as evidence that “the majority of Americans are not on board with this effort to warp the language to ideological ends.” Some of the jilted words include “chestfeeding,” “birthing parent,” and “Latinx.”

Americans reject the word “chestfeeding” the most, with 90 percent of poll respondents saying they would not use the term. Eighty-five percent of Americans still opt for the age-old term “breastfeeding.” “Chestfeeding” is a word transgender activists created in order to pretend that motherhood has nothing to do with being a woman. The UR Medicine defines “chestfeeding” as a “term used by many masculine-identified trans people to describe the act of feeding their baby from their chest, regardless of whether they have had chest/top surgery (to alter or remove mammary tissue).”

Another sterilized term Americans reject is “birthing parent” at 66 percent. “Birthing parent” is an obvious attempt by gender ideology purveyors to obscure the fact that only women can give birth. Americans instead prefer to adhere to biological reality by using the term “pregnant woman.”

Indiana’s Attorney General Todd Rokita on Dec. 29 announced the state has reached a $20 million settlement with Google over the big tech giant’s alleged deceptive location tracking practices.

In a statement, Rokita said that the latest settlement reflects the state government’s commitment to protecting Indiana residents from “Big Tech’s intrusive schemes.”

“We will continue holding these companies accountable for their improper manipulation of consumers,” he added.

A statement from Rokita’s office said that the settlement (pdf) came about after he had “filed a separate, independent lawsuit when negotiations between [Google] and a coalition of state attorneys general stalled.”

“As a result, Indiana received approximately twice as much money as it would have received as part of the settlement that was later reached with the 40 states that did not file lawsuits against Google.”

It is now an established fact, thanks to Elon Musk who released the secret Twitter files, that the FBI is a criminal Gestapo gang whose only function is frame up patriotic Trump Americans while covering up for the Democrats and the family crime syndicate of Joe and Hunter Biden.

The Twitter files released by new owner Elon Musk show that the FBI worked hand in glove with Twitter, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Wikipedia to suppress all information about the sordid crimes documented on Hunter Biden’s laptop, the one he forgot about and left at the repair shop, and the peddling of presidential influence that the Biden duo parlayed into big bucks.

While the presstitutes lied that Russia via Trump was influencing the US election, the FBI was influencing it by suppressing information and controlling the narrative.

This is a serious situation for Americans. The Democrats now have a Gestapo police and a Woke military to do their bidding, and the rest of us have nothing. If we even say a word about it we are labeled domestic terrorists threatening democracy with misinformation.

Ray Epps, a mysterious January 6 figure some theorized to be a federal informant, told his nephew that he “orchestrated” what transpired that day in 2021.

The bombastic assertion was revealed in a lightly redacted transcript released Thursday by the House January 6 Committee. Claiming he made a poor choice of words to his nephew, Epps insisted to congressional investigators his actions had nothing to do with inciting the Capitol riot and, to the contrary, he was trying to stop the onset of violence. Epps, who is seen in video clips encouraging people to march into the Capitol, also flatly denied he was acting on behalf of any government agency while in Washington, D.C.

His nephew, 28-year-old Dalin, texted Epps on the morning of January 6, saying, “You and Jim be safe.” Jim is Epps’ son, who was also in the nation’s capital. Hours later, at 2:12 p.m., as the violence at the Capitol was getting underway, Epps responded with a brag. “I was in the front with a few others. I also orchestrated it,” he said.

Investigators pressed Epps to explain his wording.

“I just meant that I got — you have to understand our relationship, uncle-nephew. We hunt together. We fun with each other [sic]. We do that kind of stuff,” he said. “What I meant by ‘orchestrate,’ I helped get people there.”

Fox News’s Judge Jeanine Pirro, who previously served as a district attorney in New York, said Friday that sources revealed to her one of the pieces of evidence that were used to lead law enforcement officials to arrest a 28-year-old suspected of killing four college students in Idaho last month.

It had been more than a month since Kaylee GonCalves, 21; Ethan Chapin, 20; Xana Kernodle, 20; and Madison Mogen, 21, were murdered in their home on November 13. A SWAT team made the arrest some 2,400 miles from the crime scene in the Pocono Mountains in Monroe County, Pennsylvania.

“[M]y sources are telling me that there is genealogical DNA that was established in this case that led the police to this particular suspect,” Pirro said on the network. “So although that was, according to my sources who are very credible and reliable … if you try murder cases and especially murder cases that involve several victims, you understand that really the investigation begins now.”

The Netherlands is a patchwork of quaint towns and cities interwoven with flat expanses of immaculately-kept green agricultural pasture. The road and rail infrastructure are near-flawless. You could search for weeks without finding a pothole. It is one of the most expensive countries in the world, and makes some of the best steak, cheese, yogurt and milk on the planet. The land is fertile, valuable, and strategically located with easy access to the north Atlantic coast. So, for these reasons and more, legions of committees composed of unelected, largely unknown figures serving on the boards of an interwoven network of even lesser known private and multilateral bodies, insists on seizing it all, on account of saving the planet from its deadliest enemy: man himself. Their target: the Dutch farmer. “They are slowly killing us with regulation,” one farmer told The Grayzone. It is death by a thousand paper-cuts, or The Art of War by the modern technocrat.
