Authorities in California’s Kern County urged drivers to use caution on roads as a storm system brought more heavy rainfall and mountain snowfall to the western United States on Wednesday, March 29.

This footage was released by the California Highway Patrol (CHP), who indicated it was filmed on SR-58 between Mojave and Bakersfield.
